Rating my daughter was 4 weeks old when I first decided to give this a try. She wouldn't ever let me put her down so I thought this would help keep her closer while freeing my hands. It offers great head/neck support and overall my daughter did well while in it. My only complaint is it is a bit tough to get thed baby out of it while wearing it. Overall great product for the price.
