The KiddiKutter training knife is designed for children 3 years and older to cut their own food SAFELY.
This training knife will cut anything that a sharp knife can, but it won’t cut kids fingers due to the rounded serrations of the stainless steel blade. You can give your child the independence they crave while still looking out for their safety in the kitchen as they help prepare their own meals!
The KiddiKutter training knife is also great for exposing children to foods they otherwise have resisted (texture aversion, color aversion, etc.) by giving them a “task” of cutting it into multiple pieces.
